Shooting the Golf with some new equipment

After a long time thinking about what telephoto lens I should buy, it suddenly appeared an offer I couldn't say no to. So i bought a brand new AF-S VR NIKKOR 200mm f/2G IF-ED  Phuu....long name :-)
Have performed to small tests outside with this lens. I can not say anything other than that I'm highly impressed. This is the absolutely best of what one can get of glass from Nikon in this focal length. This lens is really sharp wide open and has a lot of micro-contrast even at f 2. To be honest I can not see any differences between 2.0 and 2.5 or 4.0  (Besides the increase in depth of field). The bokeh of this lens is also in its own class ( Bokeh is the way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light). I´m just waiting for my polarization filter to come, so I can control the reflections on the car better.
Here's a test shot at F2 (the lens flare is fake :-)

Click on the pictures to see them LARGER..... !!!

Here are some more non automotive test shots with a 2 times teleconverter (TC-20E III) that this lens handles with ease.
